Homemade Baby Food Recipes – Pure as babies

About Vanilla Pumpkin

Babies grow more quickly during their first few years than at any other time in their lives, so their nutrition is essential to their growth and development during this time. Feeding your baby homemade baby food not only allows you to be in control of ingredients that baby consumes, but it almost always more economical than commercially produced baby food.

My goal in developing Vanilla Pumpkin is to share tested and true ways to easily incorporate fresh ingredients into your baby or toddler’s diet and give them a solid beginning in healthy eating habits.

As a new mom, I juggle my full time corporate career with motherhood and family life, so I understand the value of time. Vanilla Pumpkin is written with the time-starved mom (or dad) in mind, because you don’t want to miss a thing.

Articles and advice on Vanilla Pumpkin is not intended as medical advice, and should not replace the recommendations of a medical doctor or pediatrician. Please consult your baby’s doctor or pediatrician before starting solid foods.

The Vanilla Pumpkin Mission

Vanilla Pumpkin is dedicated to supporting parents help their babies develop healthy, sustainable relationships with food while advocating use of ingredients and foods as natural and pure as the babies who eat them.
